This is a homecoming for the keenly awaited festival as after three years it’s venue is once again Goa, its birthplace, where it was held for the first time in the year of 2007. The festival’s 13th edition is all set to rock Goa, rightfully known as the ‘tourist paradise’, from December 27th to 29th. For all 3 Days, General Admission for 2 person with a Regular Tent will cost you 30,000. If you’re a group of 4 person then it shall cost you ₹ 58,000.

History of the Sunburn festival – Asia’s Biggest EDM festival in the world!

It was Harinder Singh, founder of the renowned ad agency Percept, who initiated the Sunburn festival- an event that has put on India on the world map. Currently, his son, Karan Singh heads Sunburn as its CEO. For 9 years, the festival’s venue was Goa but owing to rifts amongst local authorities, the 10th edition in 2016 was shifted from Goa to Pune.

But the change had zero effects on its popularity as it is still counted amongst the world’s best music festivals and comes after global events like Tomorrowland and Ultra.

Whew! Looks like the Sunburn Festival 2019 is a force to be reckoned with and is all ready to blow us away. After all, it does have a habit of exceeding expectations. December seems too far away now, doesn’t it?
