Directions: The services offered include a free bus service at night from near the east exit of Shibuya station in Tokyo. The bus takes 30–45 minutes. There is also a free return bus service. There are also a number of trains that go to Shin-Kiba Station, including the Keiyo Line from Tokyo Station, as well as the Yurakucho Line.
